A hungry man is heading off to Memphis, Tennessee next week for the Association of Food Journalists annual conference (check it out here). I recently joined this group, so I'm very excited about meeting and networking with other like-minded individuals who love food, and enjoy talking and writing about it.
There will be some fascinating topics to be discussed, notable guest speakers and most importantly, the food - featuring Southern American cuisine, which I cannot wait to get my hands (and mouth) on.
I will be blogging from the event, and possibly providing videos(!) - one of the lectures includes learning how to properly use your IPhone to create and produce quality videos. We'll see what I can come up with.
Next stop - Memphis!
